The Hirer is advised to arrange holiday insurance to give protection in the event that the Hirer is unable, for any reason, to take up the holiday accommodation at the agreed time. The Hirer should notify Lets go lakes of any cancellation immediately. For any cancellation before the arrival date, not only will the deposit be forfeited but also the balance of the holiday will be payable by the Hirer. If the property can be re-let then a refund will be made, less 20% administration charge, but the deposit is always non-refundable. If you have made a provisional booking & lets go lakes (or the hirer) cancel your booking due to breaches of our terms and conditions, ie exceeding the maximum occupancy or making a group booking etc, any monies paid will be refunded, please note, there is a 2% admin fee for all card refunds, and 3.5% admin fee for paypal refunds, all money paid will be refunded to the original source, ie, if you paid by visa, the refund will be made to visa.
